Ali Al-Huwaider
B. S. degree in Chemical Engineering in Y-1985, from the University of Alabama.
Certified Value Specialist (CVS) since 2005
He is Member in SAVE International and the Saudi Council of Engineers.
Total of 22 years in the engineering profession in Saudi Aramco, spread over two major intervals
- 15 years as Process and Control system Engineer at Shedgum Gas plant and Abqaiq plants
- 7 years in the Value Engineering, starting Y-2001 up to June 2007 with the Project Support & Control Department (PS&CD)
Ali has participated in several studies and projects with Saudi Aramco.
He participated in the construction and commissioning of many projects in the oil and gas facilities with Saudi Aramco.
Conducted more than 100 VE study during his last seven years with the Project Support and Control Department at Dhahran
Participated in Several Best Practices sessions such as LL (Lessons learned), PDRI (Project Design Rating Index), PEPW (Project Execution Plan Workshop) and many other.
Worked with Engineering Zfirms such as Dar al-Riyadh, ZATE, AMCDE, RADCON Gulf, Zohair Fayez and Bechtel Arabia.
Ahmed Al-Ramadan
Ahmed Graduated from University of Petroleum & Minerals in 1978 with a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering Science.
Ahmed has a total of 28 years between SABIC and Saudi Aramco.
Joined Saudi Basic Industrial Corp. (SABIC) in 1978 assigned to the project team in the joint venture with Mitsubishi Gas Chemical to build Methanol producing plant in Jubail. During the seven years with SABIC Ahmed works with international companies and EPC during the phases of the methanol project.
Additional 21 years with Saudi Aramco started with oil production in the southern area and production engineering.
He worked as Operation engineer and electrical engineer in deferent facilities and departments.
Facility Planning Engineer responsible for evaluation of feasibility of proposed projects.
Also he worked as Consulting Service Engineer in the Instrumentation Unit providing Engineering support for Standards, Construction, waiver processing, etc.
Pipeline Department as instrumentation Engineer and was involved in Gas & Oil Metering Skids for the various industries.
Finally end his experience with Saudi Aramco in the gas industries where he was responsible on safety and process improvement and production enhancement. |
